A new Arma mil-sim game
Arma Reforger is a premium action game for PC developed by Bohemia Interactive. It is a new entry in the hyper-realistic military simulation franchise Arma. The game is meant to serve as a standalone preview of what fans can expect when Arma 4 officially comes out.
Compared to the last release, Arma 3, Arma Reforger features updated graphics that utilize the developer's new Enfusion game engine. It will also return to a classic setting and location that was first introduced in Arma: Cold War Assault but will expand on its scale.

Arma is a tactical military shooter franchise that debuted in 2006 with Arma: Armed Assault. It is not as well-known as the Call of Duty or Battlefield franchises, but it has a loyal fan base due to its hyper-realistic tactical scenarios and gameplay mechanics. This game immerses you in two breathtaking islands, covering a total of 61 km², set against the backdrop of an authentic Cold War environment. The first island, Everon, is a 51 km² mid-Atlantic gem in the Malden archipelago, offering a sense of familiarity. The second, Arland, is a newly introduced 10 km² island, part of the microstate of Everon, nestled alongside its parent state in the mid-Atlantic.
There are two multiplayer modes available to you. The Conflict multiplayer mode would be your standard objective-based team match mode. Side with either the USA or the Soviet Union as you clash and dominate each other on the battlefield. Meanwhile, Game Master will let you create custom matches with scenarios and objectives you can set. Additionally, you can dive into a new mode called Combat Ops, which emphasizes small-team tactics.
Other notable features
Arma Reforger, you can create and inject mods into your matches and make changes to the game itself with the help of the development tools, which come in the form of the Workshop and the Workbench, respectively. Nevertheless, players have been experiencing server issues, particularly when more than 32 joined the match. Moreover, be aware that the game includes mature content, such as depictions of blood, gore, and intense violence, which may not be suitable for all audiences.
This game supports cross-play, which allows players from different platforms to join forces or compete against each other seamlessly. Whether you're on a console or PC, the game ensures an integrated multiplayer experience where players can interact and collaborate on the same servers.
